Can I return or exchange my order?
- Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchange. In the rare event of any errors, please contact us as soon as possible.
How do I cancel my order?
- Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
How long is the turnaround time?
- Our current turnaround time is 2 weeks but is subject to change depending on order volume. We now offer a rush fee if you need your order sooner.
What is proof and design approval?
- Please provide as many specific design details as possible when placing your order. To help us achieve your vision include any inspiration photos, sample invitations, design examples or other reference materials.
We will always send digital proof for your approval before we begin printing. Minor adjustments such as correcting spelling, colour changes, photo placement, font change and adding or removing small elements of the design can be made.
Please note that major design revisions will incur a design fee of £20. Major changes include altering the entire theme, replacing an edited photo, changing the items in your order or requesting multiple adjustments to the design.
We allow up to 72 hours for you to review and approve the proof. If we do not receive approval within 72 hours, we will proceed with printing and ship the order as it appears in the proof.
Is delivery and collection available?
- Unfortunately, we only offer delivery which is calculated at checkout.
What if I need a theme/design that is not shown on the website?
- Any theme/design can be done. Type 'custom' in the search bar and select the products you would like then fill out the boxes with as much detail as you can. If you need any further help, please email us at: info@sbncreations.com
