How long does it take to receive my order?

We send your personalised preview within 48 hours of ordering. Once you approve it your bags are printed and dispatched within 2–3 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 days. Need it faster? Add our Rush Fee at checkout for priority production.

Can I choose any theme?

Yes! We can create bags in virtually any theme - from popular characters like Bluey, Spiderman and Disney Princess to bespoke themes like football clubs, favourite animals or specific colour schemes. If you don't see your theme just ask us.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes - we ship worldwide. Whether you're in the UK, Europe or further afield we can deliver your personalised party favours straight to your door. International delivery times vary by location.

Can I see a preview before it's printed?

Absolutely - we always send a digital preview to your email before printing anything. You can request changes and we'll revise until you're completely happy. Nothing gets printed without your approval.

What occasions do you cater for?

We cater for every occasion - kids birthday parties, baby showers, Eid celebrations, weddings, corporate events, school leavers and more. If you can imagine it we can create it. Contact us for any bespoke requirements.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the personalised nature of our products we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. In the rare event of an error on our part please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to make it right.

How do I cancel my order?

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After this point production may have already begun on your personalised items. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
